As coach and spiritual director, I step into the role of curator - not to arrange your life for you, but to walk alongside you. Drawing your attention as you discover, reclaim, and refine the deeper threads of your be-coming.
The Art of Be-Coming
The be-coming of oneself refers to the gradual development of a person's internal world - their thoughts, emotions, values, self-awareness, imagination, moral compass, and spiritual understanding. It's a layered, evolving process shaped by both inner dispositions and external influences.

The Shape of Be-Coming
Coaching invites action, clarity, and conscious change. Spiritual direction invites stillness, depth, and divine attunement. When woven together, they offer a whole-life approach - one that honors both your outer path and your inner truth.
Some parts of your story may be ready to be reframed. Others are still be-coming. And some - the forgotten gifts, the quiet callings - are waiting gently to be brought into the light.
This work is not about fixing - it's about remembering. Reconnecting. Reclaiming. It's about designing a life that reflects your essence with clarity, intention, and love.
The Pathway of Be-Coming
You are the artist of your life. My role is to help you listen more deeply, see more clearly, and arrange the pieces with greater wisdom and intention. I am here to walk beside you - gently, intuitively, soulfully - as you shape your life into its most authentic, radiant form.
Some sessions may focus on your goals, vision, or leadership. Others may hold space for silence, grief, discernment, or wonder. Whether you're navigating transition, seeking greater purpose, or returning to your spiritual roots, this work meets you exactly where you are - with reverence.
Alex Liotta's "Be-Coming"
I'm a practicing Jesus-lover, with the bruises, wounds, scars, and muscles of one who has survived the trauma of being raised by and among humans. I've known abuse, surgery as a routine (30+), loss, and betrayal. I know the beauty of deep friendships and simple pleasures. I enjoy the power of vibrant community and silence & solitude. I've lived the farm life, the fast-city life, and the friendly-suburban life. I'm in love with my best friend and husband of 30 years. And I personally own John Maxwell's saying, "Change is inevitable. Growth is optional."
There's more, of course - children, house-cleaning, ministry, homeschooling, adoption, counseling, speaking, moving - but we'll save those details for when we meet. In short, I am be-coming comfortable in the mystery of Whose I AM - and I'm good at helping others do the same.
